Teddy Ray Morris, a 26-year-old man, was last seen on July 26, 1991, in Barstow, California. He was reported missing after leaving a relative's house around midnight. At the time, Teddy was riding his 1987 Honda scooter, which was later found abandoned, but there was no sign of him at the scene.
