The decedent was found unresponsive in a parking lot in Van Nuys on the late morning of 11/4/2005. 911 was called and paramedics transported the decedent by ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The decedent appeared to be homeless. Date Found: 2005-11-04
