Manuel Mauricio Vasquez, aged 42, was last seen on March 22, 2000, in Oxnard, California. On the day of his disappearance, Vasquez left his home to visit a local clinic due to chest pain. He never returned and has not been heard from since. Vasquez, who stood between 5'5" and 5'10", weighed between 155 and 200 pounds at the time he vanished.
