Victor Hugo Ramirez, 33, was last seen on January 23, 1999, at his auto body shop located in the 1000 block of East 51st Street in Los Angeles, California. Ramirez, who also used the alias Victor Hugo Garcia, disappeared under unclear circumstances and has not been heard from since that day. He is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5'6" and weighing around 170 pounds. He has a distinctive tattoo of a heart on his right arm.
