Monte Laine Skalsky, a 28-year-old man, was last seen on December 1, 1992, in Sacramento, California. Monte, who also went by Monty, left his residence at approximately 6:30 p.m. without his wallet or identification, and his destination was unknown. He has not been seen or heard from since that day.
