Henry Arthur Moreno, a 46-year-old businessman, was last seen on August 6, 1998, in Sacramento, California. He had lunch at the 524 Restaurant on Northgate Boulevard at around 11:45 a.m. that day. There was an unconfirmed sighting of him shortly afterward at a nearby Home Depot, where he may have been seen with a well-dressed man in the lumber section.
