Surveillance footage captured him inside the station just after midnight, wearing a green shirt, black shorts with a white stripe, and black slip‑on shoes.
The Sacramento Police Department was notified officially on June 30, two days after he went missing. That same day, Moore's information was entered into the Missing and Unidentified Persons System.
Moore's family, led by his mother Pamela Matthews—who also serves as his caretaker—expressed deep concern that something was terribly wrong.
