On June 23, 2024, 43-year-old Richard David Stewart was last seen in Sacramento, California. He was a resident of a care home in the area. On that Sunday, Richard left the facility on foot and was never seen or heard from again by those who knew him. Concern grew when he did not return, and he was reported as a missing person to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office the following day.
