Francisco Tyquiengco Missing Person Case

Francisco Tyquiengco, an 82-year-old retired U.S. Army Major, was last seen on November 28, 2021, in Sacramento County, California, where he lived with a caretaker. Tyquiengco, who suffered from dementia and had mobility issues, used a four-footed cane to walk.
