This is a unknown white male approximately 50-70 years of age who is likely transient. The decedent was seen sitting on the park bench by a citizen at approximately 1100 hours. At 1539 hours the same citizen noticed the decedent was still sitting in said spot now with his head slumped over. 911 was called. He was moved to the ground and pronounced on scene. There were no visible signs of trauma. No forms of ID found.
