Lelena K. Lipp was 18 years old when she was last known to have been in Falmouth, Maine, on December 26, 1995, a winter day along the coast of Cumberland County. She was a young White/Caucasian woman with brown hair and hazel eyes, about 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing roughly 130 to 135 pounds. She also had a tattoo on her lower back, a detail preserved in the public missing-person record as part of the effort to identify her if she were ever located.
