Kimberly Ann Moreau was 17 years old when she disappeared from Jay, Maine, in May 1986. Public sources differ on the exact date and timing: the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children lists her missing date as May 11, 1986, while Maine State Police state that she was last seen at about midnight on May 9, 1986, and several news accounts describe the disappearance as occurring on May 10, 1986.
