Steven Joseph Andre, age 49, was last seen on July 1, 2012, in Reno, Nevada. Originally from Roseville, California, Andre had reportedly applied for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits in Nevada shortly before his disappearance. A social worker contacted Andre’s father after his disappearance, explaining that Steven had applied for benefits but did not leave a return address, nor did he return to complete the application process.
