Mercedes Vassell, a 27-year-old woman, was last seen on July 21, 2015, in Port Richmond, Staten Island, New York. At the time of her disappearance, she was living on Hamilton Avenue in Staten Island. Mercedes is described as being between 5'4" and 5'5", weighing between 90 and 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
