Rosemarie Garigliano, aged 46, was last seen on February 6, 2014, at around 5 a.m. at her home in the Annadale neighborhood of Staten Island, New York. She reportedly told her husband she was heading to a hospital, but she never arrived. Later that morning, her vehicle was found idling and unoccupied at Lemon Creek Pier, located at Sharrot Avenue and Hylan Boulevard.
