Richard Feliciano, a 61-year-old man from Hana, Hawaii, was last seen on October 16, 2016. He was reported missing after a welfare check by Adult Protective Services. Feliciano, who suffers from seizures and mental health issues, has not been heard from since that day. At the time of his disappearance, he was 5'7" tall, weighed approximately 125 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes. His case remains unsolved, and authorities continue to seek any information that may help locate him.
