Yayun Cheng, a 23-year-old woman from California, disappeared on December 5, 2018, while visiting Queen’s Bath in Princeville, Hawaii. Cheng was climbing rocks near the notoriously dangerous tide pool when a large wave swept her into the ocean. Witnesses saw her become unresponsive in the water shortly after being pulled into the sea.
