Any updates on this case?
Traffic fatality on Julius Schepps Freeway, died at the scene. Individual has a 2 inch scar on the right wrist, multiple tattoos on the right shoulder "Ester" with a rose and "Queisda Madre", and letter A on left wrist. Individual had papers that indicated he was from Mexico and the Mexican Embassy was contacted. They reported they had no results.
