Julio Cesar Garcia, 30, was last seen on January 7, 2005, in Corsicana, Texas. On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing a red and hunter-green plaid jacket, gray sweatpants, and tan house shoes. Garcia, who had a scar on his right palm and a tattoo of the letter "R" on his right leg, vanished under suspicious circumstances, and foul play is suspected in his case.
