Manuel Chabarria Jr., a 25-year-old man from Arlington, Texas, was last seen on March 31, 1997, when he attended a work-related meeting at Harrigan's Restaurant, where he was employed. At the time of his disappearance, Chabarria was driving a partially primed 1987 Honda Civic with red stripes. He never returned home, and his disappearance prompted a search that extended across multiple counties.
