The decedent was an unidentified male of unknown race or residence. Based on preliminary police investigation, on the afternoon hours of a 9/12/2022, an international traveler turned himself over to the United States (U.S.) Border Patrol and informed agents that he saw a body within the Tijuana River as he was crossing.
