The decedent was an unidentified Hispanic male estimated in his 20's. On the morning of 05/16/1990, he was found by a passing motorist on the center divider of ISR 5 with a faint pulse. The motorist left the decedent to contact medical emergency personnel, upon returning the decedent had no pulse. The decedent had been struck by a hit-and-run vehicle.
