On 05/02/2023 around 0500 hrs, this female was reported to be walking eastbound on 1st Street and Westmoreland Avenue in Los Angeles, California. She was in the roadway and subsequently struck by a passing vehicle. Paramedics transported her to LAC/USC where her death was pronounced a short time later. She had no ID on her.
