Kachela Finley, a 29-year-old woman, was last seen on September 7, 2019, in Los Angeles, California. At the time of her disappearance, she was in the company of her two-year-old daughter's father. Kachela, who went by the nickname "Shay," has not been heard from since. She is described as an African-American female with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5'6" tall and weighing around 130 pounds.
