Alicia Lin Griffin, a 46-year-old woman from Sacramento, California, disappeared on February 28, 2019, during a mental health crisis. She left her home in a car registered to her father, and on March 1, she was sighted in Inglewood, California. The next day, Alicia was seen in Tijuana, Mexico, where she abandoned her vehicle and belongings at a car wash.
