Citizen noticed boards were missing on a window of an abandoned coach house next to her house. She looked in the window and saw a skull sitting on the floor. Police recovered additional partial skeletal remains wrapped in dark brown coat or sweater. House had been abandoned for several years. Neighbors stated they smelled a foul odor approximately one year ago coming from house but never reported it.
