The decedent was in hospice and provided the name of Edith Haberly or Edith Haber, Date of Birth: 08/29/1927. Unable to positively identify her through fingerprints. Facility staff present at time of death and notified hospice agency. Hospice nurse responded to the scene and pronounced. Patient was in a shared room, lying supine on their hospital bed.
