The decedent is a skeletonized individual of unknown age or race who was found in a foliage covered area north of a state route freeway onramp by a homeless person on an unknown recent date. The area is a known thoroughfare for transient individuals. No obvious encampments were located nearby. After several days the transient contacted law enforcement on 10/19/2021. The decedent was pronounced dead at 1930 hours due to obvious signs of death.
