Elisa Ann Micallef, a 21-year-old woman, went missing on November 14, 1991, off the coast of San Clemente Island in Los Angeles County, California. Elisa had been on a 41-foot fishing boat named *Fishers of Men* with two male companions when the vessel capsized approximately one mile northwest of the island around 3:00 p.m. The Coast Guard managed to rescue her two companions, but Elisa disappeared during the accident and has not been seen since.
At the time of her disappearance, Elisa was wearing an orange life jacket, a blue shirt, and blue Levi's jeans. Despite searches, no trace of her has been found, and she is presumed to have drowned. Her case is classified as "Lost/Injured Missing" and remains open, with the Los Angeles Police Department continuing to handle the investigation.
Elisa stood 5'9" tall, weighed 180 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. Despite being presumed drowned, she is still officially listed as a missing person.
