In the early summer of 1991, the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office was tasked with unraveling the mystery surrounding an unidentified individual whose remains were discovered in the Schuylkill River. On July 15th of that year, the body of a male, deemed to be of White ethnicity, was retrieved by local authorities from the river's depths.
