On April 4, 2014, construction workers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, made a grim discovery while excavating an adjacent work site. The remains of a male, later identified as Million Tedla, were found partly submerged in river water. This discovery has since become a troubling and unresolved case, with Million Tedla still unclaimed and his identity confirmed but surrounded by questions regarding the circumstances leading to his demise.
