On August 18, 2017, the body of Alvin Harmon was discovered under unsettling circumstances in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Alvin was a resident of a skilled care facility, where he received continuous assistance with his needs. Tragically, on that evening, staff at the facility found him on the living room floor, unresponsive and not breathing.
