On August 15, 2017, authorities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, were alerted to the presence of an unresponsive male individual found lying on the street. Unfortunately, additional details about the circumstances leading to his discovery remain scarce. The individual, later identified through Namus ID: UCP4557 as Joseph Moss, was immediately transported to a nearby hospital.
