Paul Andre Daley, a 65-year-old resident of San Diego, California, became the subject of an unclaimed person case following his tragic death. He was involved in a catastrophic incident on August 20, 2016, when a propane tank on his boat in La Playa Cove exploded, setting the vessel ablaze. Following the explosion, a 9-1-1 call was promptly made, and emergency services swiftly arrived at the scene.
