On May 6, 2019, a deeply unsettling discovery unfolded in an apartment complex in San Diego, California. A maintenance worker, responding to the sound of a persistently ringing fire alarm, attempted to enter the apartment of 51-year-old Mike "Loud Lizzard," a single Hispanic male who lived alone.
