Roberto Carlos Mena Flores was discovered unresponsive on August 27, 2025, in a riverbed beneath the intersection of San Fernando Road and Riverside Drive in Los Angeles, California. Emergency services were contacted immediately, and upon arrival, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The circumstances surrounding his presence in the riverbed and the cause of his death remain under investigation.
