On September 6, 2024, at approximately 5:40 PM, a jogger made a harrowing discovery in Los Angeles, California. While on their usual route, the jogger noticed a man lying unresponsive in a raised yard adjacent to the sidewalk. Concerned, they promptly called 911 to report the situation.
