Jerome Beauford Powell, identified as male and unclaimed, was discovered deceased on February 16, 2025, in Los Angeles, California. The circumstances leading to this tragic event began at approximately 0200 hours, when an individual, who had previously supported Powell by bringing him food, delivered a meal.
