On the afternoon of October 5, 2023, at approximately 12:40 PM, a passerby discovered an unresponsive male on a sidewalk in Los Angeles, California. Emergency services were promptly contacted, and upon arrival, paramedics pronounced the individual deceased at 1:07 PM.
