On March 11, 2021, the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office was notified of a body found at the residence of Robert James Fernandes, an unclaimed individual in San Diego, California. The deceased, a 74-year-old male, lived alone in San Diego and had not been in contact with anyone for several weeks.
