Deonte Butler, a 33-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 5, 2022. He was fatally shot in the head at approximately 11:30 PM on Fair Avenue, near the northwest corner of Fairground Park. The incident occurred in the neighborhood where Butler lived, and he was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers.
