Devon Hebron, a 45-year-old man from south St. Louis, Missouri, was found dead in a vacant lot in north St. Louis on the evening of September 13, 2019. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department received a call at 6:41 p.m. reporting 'shots fired' in the 4000 block of Garfield. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hebron suffering from multiple puncture wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
