On October 30, 2022, a violent domestic incident unfolded at a residence in the 1000 block of Timberwood Trail in Hazelwood, Missouri, resulting in the death of 60-year-old Daniel Crousby. Officers from the Hazelwood Police Department were dispatched to the home after receiving a troubling 911 call from a woman inside the residence. Upon their arrival, authorities discovered Crousby suffering from a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
