Carlos Morton, a 43-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2022. The incident occurred early in the morning around 6:15 a.m. at a BP gas station located in the 1400 block of Chouteau Avenue. Morton was fatally shot in the head during an altercation with a group of teenagers. According to reports, the confrontation arose when Morton confronted the teens about a stolen vehicle.
