On a Thursday afternoon in April 2014, tragedy struck in Indianapolis when 32-year-old Randall Terell Parker, a male, was shot multiple times outside an apartment building on the northwest side of the city. The incident occurred around 1:00 p.m. at 4505 Rosewood Commons Way. Emergency services arrived to find Parker in critical condition but alert.
