In the late summer of 1985, a sense of unease settled over the community of Mishawaka, Indiana, following the discovery of a local business manager brutally killed in what appeared to be a robbery gone wrong. On August 28, 1985, 41-year-old Thomas Lionel Rohr was found dead inside the coin shop he managed.
