Clarence Bibbs Jr., aged 50, tragically lost his life on July 2, 1997, in Hammond, Indiana. Bibbs, who was known as "DAP," was a foreman at Inland Steel Mill in East Chicago and a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Hammond. His death was the result of multiple gunshot wounds.
