William Stryker Sircy, a 20-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot on the west side of Indianapolis on August 20, 2005. A graduate of Ben Davis High School, where he was a member of the state champion football team, Sircy was engaged to be married. He had a passion for writing lyrics and driving his Chevy Caprice with the Yung Vets 317 Car Club.
