William Stryker Sircy, a 20-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot on the west side of Indianapolis on August 20, 2005. A graduate of Ben Davis High School, where he was a member of the state champion football team, Sircy was engaged to be married. He had a passion for writing lyrics and driving his Chevy Caprice with the Yung Vets 317 Car Club.
On the day of his death, Sircy and some friends went to the 7300 block of Mariner Way to meet with a man with whom he had an ongoing dispute.
