Death by Force

On July 5, 2008, 28-year-old Harold "Buck" Parks was involved in a fatal incident at Wade's Unique Touch Carwash located at 1804 Lincolnway West in South Bend, Indiana. According to reports, Parks and his companions had a verbal confrontation with another group at the carwash. After leaving the scene, Parks returned approximately half an hour later, at which point shots were fired. The confrontation escalated into a violent encounter, resulting in Parks' death.
