Cherlyn Reyes, a 21-year-old woman from Saint Joseph, Indiana, tragically lost her life on October 9, 2009. Her death was the result of a violent altercation with her boyfriend, Brice Webb. The couple had been drinking and got into several physical fights after Reyes discovered Webb had been making calls to other women. The confrontation escalated, and Webb shot Reyes in the bathroom of their apartment. Despite Webb's claim that the shooting was accidental, he was convicted of her murder.
